Mr. Eels [sic] was 93 years old on May 15, and was a veteran of the Mexican and Civil Wars. He leaves his daughter, Mrs. Helen Sprague, of Elgin, with whom he has made his home for many years, a son, George Eels [sic], of Kansas, a grandson, Geo.
